I'm Ashley Crichton, a passionate and versatile photographer based in Los Angeles. My love for photography started in childhood, and now I'm known for bold portraits, captivating videos, and innovative GIFs. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I studied Advertising Photography at the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York. Since then, I've been living and working in LA, where my experience in the beauty and music industries has shaped my unique perspective.

I specialize in beauty and music photography, bringing authenticity and individuality to my work. I love connecting with my subjects and making them feel good about themselves. Whether it's a studio shoot or a live event, I capture the essence of each moment. I've had the privilege of working with artists like Brittany Howard, Ashnikko, Paris Jackson, and GROUPLOVE, and I've even snagged awards like Best Music Video at the Cannes World Film Festival.

My focus is on live music coverage, studio sessions, behind-the-scenes captures, and creating animated GIFs and short-form social videos. I'm dedicated to representing women and LGBTQ+ individuals in my work, giving them the representation they deserve. I believe everyone is photogenic, and by building genuine connections, I can capture people in their best light. I'm all about professionalism, creativity, and making my clients feel amazing.
